  Great customer service and free car collect and drop off withing a 10 mile radius...extremely helpful! Customer communication is excellent and they send you a link via txt/email to your car's health check, including a video of your car showing details of any issues, allowing you to select which work you approve them to do (including cost).
  I have used them twice now and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I now have a service plan with them.
  I highly recommend Stoneacre Hyde. Keep up the superb service.

  Had Enough
  They have had the car for a very lengthy period of time as it has developed its second serious fault in less than a year of ownership.
  No communication. None what so ever. Zero. Nothing. I have no idea what's wrong with the vehicle after over a month of it being in their possession.
  No end in sight to this lengthy, stressful and protracted matter.
  We weren't offered a courtesy car so we are having to pay for alternative transport.
